Production
Production needs are on a case-by-case basis. We work to createa plan for your production that fits your product needs, unit count, turnaround time, and cost. Our production facilities specialize in
small quantities in custom apparel manufacturing, but have the ability to create many other things.
Our facilities also have an extensive network of partner factories that we can work with to manage your production in the event our facilities cannot accommodate the type, cost, or timeframe of your production needs. Here is to what we are capable of:
- Production cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, washing, packaging, and finishing.

- Small batches: from 1 to 100 units
- Medium batches: from 101 to 300 units

We follow quality standards like AATCC, ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, and ISO at all levels of management. These processes are called textile testing. The most obvious reason behind testing is that it allows companies, consumer groups, and the government to ensure that textiles are safe, of good quality, and that the customer is getting what they are paying for & we assure a good experience over all.
Textile products are manufactured all over the world and shipped to markets around the world. Testing ensures that anything harmful or illegal does not slip through the regulatory crack.
